1 Eligibility

Access to max77 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

2 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account on max77. Creating duplicate accounts, or allowing another person to use your account, is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on max77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Supported payment channels include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. Accepted methods are listed on the Withdrawal page and may be updated from time to time. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

4 Gameplay Rules

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address.

If your account is suspended as a result of a suspected breach, you will be notified via your registered contact details. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, balances associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting max77 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

9 Limitation of Liability

max77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• max77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform use.
• max77 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
